  1. ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

To use any features of the Website or complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or legally recognized as an adult in your country of residence. We may request identity or age verification (including KYC checks). Providing misleading, falsified, or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited and you assume full responsibility for any consequences of doing so.

By accessing skins4tf2.com, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements. If you are acting for a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

skins4tf2.com provides a digital marketplace that enables users to purchase, trade, or sell gaming skins and associated in-game items, delivered primarily through Steam trade offers.

Once payment is completed, acquired items will be sent to your connected Steam account. We do not create, own, or modify in-game items; we simply facilitate resale and item delivery.

All financial transactions are processed by certified third-party payment processors.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

User access is authenticated exclusively through Steam. You agree to maintain accurate and updated account information at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit fraudulent, harmful, or suspicious behavior.

  1. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & PRICING

By placing an order, you acknowledge your obligation to pay the full price displayed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.

The Website supports various payment methods (e.g., bank cards, PayPal, and additional payment gateways). All transactions are handled by authorized third-party payment providers compliant with PCI DSS standards. KATMIZ TECH LTD does not directly store or hold user funds.

Using unauthorized, stolen, or compromised payment methods is strictly prohibited. Such transactions will be cancelled immediately and may be reported to authorities.

We may cancel or decline any order at our discretion in situations such as suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be changed without prior notice.

  1. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS

Once the payment is verified, the purchased item(s) will be transferred to your Steam account using a Steam trade offer.

We are not liable for incomplete deliveries caused by incorrect trade links, user-side restrictions, Steam bans, inventory issues, or privacy settings that prevent trading.

Most deliveries are fulfilled within 7 days, although in exceptional technical cases delivery may take up to 14 days. If delivery cannot be completed within this timeframe, you may request either a full refund or an alternative delivery option without added cost.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide a valid and accessible Steam trade URL.
  • Ensure Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are enabled if required.
  • Maintain a trade-eligible Steam account without restrictions, bans, holds, region locks, or privacy limitations.
  1. SELLING ITEMS – MARKETPLACE RULES & PAYOUT CONDITIONS

If you choose to list items for sale on skins4tf2.com, the following rules apply:

  1. Item Listings & Review
    Items must be placed in the correct category. All submissions undergo moderation and may be rejected without notice if considered high-risk, non-compliant, or fraudulent.
  2. Inventory & Transfer
    Items remain in your inventory until sold. After a sale, you must follow the exact transfer instructions provided. Failure to complete transfers may result in account restrictions.
  3. Service Commission
    A 10% fee applies to every successful sale.
  4. Payouts to Sellers
  • You must supply accurate payout details. Additional identity or compliance checks may be required.
  • Payouts are typically issued within 3–7 business days following successful item delivery and verification.
  • The Website only allows payouts between €10 (minimum) and €5,000 (maximum). These limits may be adjusted at any time.
  • Payouts may be cancelled or reversed in cases of fraudulent items, failed delivery, or account irregularities.
  • A complete payout history can be accessed through your user dashboard.
  • Users from certain restricted regions may not be eligible for payouts.

Payment and personal data are processed securely and in compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and financial regulations.

  1. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring
    All transactions undergo monitoring for suspicious patterns, chargebacks, and regulatory compliance. We may delay, freeze, or cancel payouts if unusual or risky activity is detected.

7.REFUNDS,RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers typically have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase unless digital goods are delivered immediately. By confirming your order and receiving immediate digital delivery, you voluntarily waive this right.

  • Orders may only be cancelled before payment processing. Contact support at info@skins4tf2.com as soon as possible.
  • Uncompleted trades may be eligible for cancellation or refund after review.
  • Delivered and accepted Steam items are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Refund requests for undelivered items may be submitted within 30 days.
  • All refund claims are subject to verification. Refund abuse may lead to refusal.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.
  1. USER OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

Users agree not to:

  • Submit falsified, deceptive, or incomplete information.

Team Fortress 2 and all associated digital assets are owned exclusively by Valve Corporation. skins4tf2.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve. Our function is limited to facilitating transfers of pre-existing digital items.

Reproduction or distribution of Website content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party systems such as Steam, including bans, API downtime, trade holds, or fluctuations in the market value of digital items.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless skins4tf2.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims or damages arising from:

  • violations of these Terms,
  • breaches of applicable laws,
  • fraudulent behavior or chargeback fraud,
  • misuse of the platform.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access without prior notice if your actions pose risk or violate these Terms.

  1. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

If these Terms are modified, users will be notified of significant updates at least 7 days prior to the new Terms taking effect. Continued use of skins4tf2.com following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
